Job summary

Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee electrical packages on large-scale commercial projects. You will ensure projects align with contract documents, schedule, and budget while guiding contractors toward milestones.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, at least eight years in related fields, and familiarity with chill water systems. Tender management experience is also valuable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Relevant Qualifications.
• Minimum 8 Years Working Experience in Related Field.
• Experienced in big scale / commercial project.
• Familiar with chill water system.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the Electrical packages are executed in accordance with the contract document.
• To manage the construction in accordance with the set schedule and budget and to manage the performance and deliverables of project contractors to ensure project milestones and budget are met.
• To develop an effective plan of action and controlling measures on construction works and schedule to ensure completion of project within the prescribed schedule and budget.
• Together with the contract department to select contractors capable of completing the project within project milestones and budget are met.
• To manage the tender process for the Project Mechanical & Electrical packages.
• To report to management on the construction management progress and recommend necessary modifications and recommendations as and when necessary, to ensure project milestones and budget are met.
