Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) seeks a Senior Engineer for Railway SCADA System (RSS) and CMMS to support multiple project stages from tender to commissioning. You will work with stakeholders to resolve interface issues, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

The role requires a 4+ year background in engineering projects, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must possess a degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Support RSS and CMMS across tender, design, manufacture, delivery and testing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve interface and integration issues.
• Monitor RSS and CMMS performance at worksites.
• Review design submissions and installation documents for compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and lead site monitoring.
• Plan resources for site monitoring, testing and progress reporting.
• Escalate key issues to the Manager and track progress to milestones.
• Ensure adherence to safe working procedures at all times.

Senior Engineer, Railway SCADA System (RSS) and CMMS

Involve and support for RSS and CMMS packages throughout various stages of the project including, tender, design, manufacture, delivery, installation and testing & commissioning, to meet the Specifications, cost, programme requirement and client expectations related to RSS and CMMS.

Work closely with related stake holders in resolving interface and integration issues.

Monitor the performance of RSS and CMMS WPC.

Review the WPC’s design submissions against specification requirement and ensure compliance.

Review the installation document / drawing, method statement documentation from RSS and CMMS WPC.

Provide technical guidance and support to the engineers whenever they need support.

Lead the engineers and WPC to Liaise and coordinate with other WPC for the interface and integration function.

Monitor the site access schedule and coordinate the site access readiness with civil team for WPC to commence the installation works at site.

Plan and assign the resources (engineers) for the site monitoring of RSS and CMMS installation works at sites.

Plan and assign the resources (engineers) to attend the RSS and CMMS testing activities at site.

Provide site progress update for RSS and CMMS system package’s to superior (Manager).

Highlight and escalates the key issues to the Manager, RSS and CMMS.

Monitor the work progress against payment milestone.

Ensure safe working procedures and adhered to at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Possess degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of working experiences in projects.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with competent use of English language

PC literate and familiar with the use of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

Committed team player and able to work with other stakeholders of the project.
