Job summary

HEINEKEN Malaysia is seeking a Manager – Distributor Services & Inventory Management to lead distributor service excellence and optimize inventory across the nationwide network. You will drive replenishment strategies, partner with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance, and develop a high-performing, customer-centric team.

The role requires 6–8 years in relevant roles with 2–3 years in people leadership, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with SAP, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, logistics, operations or commerce).
• 6–8 years in customer service, distributor/inventory management, logistics or supply chain ops, with 2–3 years in people leadership.
• Experience in inventory planning, replenishment, stock allocation and distributor service management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain ops, inventory optimization, working capital and KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Professional certifications (APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP/CLTD) or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor service and inventory management to ensure excellent customer service and product availability.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in customer service, distributor management, inventory management, logistics or supply chain operations, including 2–3 years in a people leadership role.
• Proven experience in inventory planning, replenishment, stock allocation and distributor service management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory optimisation, working capital and customer service KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Sales, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
