Job summary

AIA is seeking a senior leader to drive the Digital Business product portfolio, shaping insurance propositions, pricing, and market strategies across partners. You will manage end‑to‑end product development from concept through rollout, ensuring regulatory alignment and strong P&L performance.

The role requires deep insurance domain expertise, leadership of a cross‑functional team, and collaboration with Marketing, Analytics, and Channel heads to deliver growth in a digital landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the insurance industry focused on Product Development or GI Actuarial Pricing.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience managing a product/pricing team.
• Degree in Actuarial Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate partner potential and provide senior management with market and revenue assessments.
• Lead product strategy for RFP/RFI with potential partners.
• Develop and optimize the product portfolio post‑deal, tracking performance metrics.
• Define go‑to‑market strategy with partners and prepare business plans.
