Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Solutions Lead to drive strategic planning, portfolio delivery, and product lifecycle leadership across IT and business stakeholders. Qualifications

• Degree in IT from an accredited institution.
• 7-8 years of IT Product or Engineering experience.
• 5-8 years in supervisory roles on the IT domain.
• Strong understanding of insurance business and its success drivers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning (formulate long- and mid-term plans aligned with IT and business priorities).
• Portfolio Management (lead quarterly backlog prioritization and manage total technology cost ownership).
• Product Management (own product roadmap and lead cross-functional lifecycle).
• Delivery Management (direct delivery, prioritize backlog and resource optimization).
• Formal People Development & Mentorship (mentor junior team members and develop capabilities).
