Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications, newsletters, press materials and executive messaging.
You will drive CSR/ESG storytelling, events, media relations and stakeholder engagement, collaborating with senior management across the organization. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; retail/FMCG experience is an advantage. Based in Kuala Lumpur.
Develop internal communications materials.
Manage company newsletters and communication channels.
Prepare press releases and media materials.
Coordinate corporate events and leadership communications.
Support website and digital content management.
Develop executive presentations and key messaging.
Lead planning and execution of community investment initiatives.
Coordinate NGO and charity partnerships.
Execute CSR campaigns and events.
Track CSR participation and impact metrics.
Develop CSR communications and storytelling content.
ESG Communications Support (10%)
Support ESG campaigns and internal awareness activities.
Develop sustainability-related content and stories.
Coordinate communication activities for ESG initiatives.
Support preparation of sustainability reporting content from a communications perspective.
