Job summary

Lotus's is seeking a senior corporate communications professional in Malaysia to develop internal communications materials, manage newsletters and media engagement, and coordinate CSR campaigns and events. The role requires crafting executive messages, press materials, and content across websites and digital channels.

You will lead stakeholder coordination with senior management, manage multiple communications initiatives, and support ESG and sustainability storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations or related role.
• Strong experience in corporate communications, internal communications, media engagement and event management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing corporate communication materials, press releases, speeches and presentations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and events.
• Understanding of media relations, branding and reputation management.

Requirements

• Experience in developing corporate communication materials, press releases, speeches, internal announcements and presentations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple communication initiatives and events simultaneously.
• Good understanding of media relations, corporate branding and reputation management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in the retail, FMCG or corporate environment would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant communication/digital platforms.
