CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to lead strategic narratives, protect the company’s reputation, and advise the C-suite in a fast‑growing, publicly traded environment.
You will develop an enterprise-wide communications strategy to strengthen capital‑market visibility, collaborate with Finance, Legal and Investor Relations on earnings materials, build strong media relationships, and guide crisis and reputation governance across milestones.

You bring strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex corporate, financial, and regulatory matters into clear and persuasive communications.
You are comfortable advising senior leaders, engaging influential stakeholders, and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with public-market expectations.
Corporate Narrative: Develop and execute an enterprise-wide communications strategy that strengthens capital-market visibility, institutional investor confidence, and readiness for public-market scrutiny.
Policy Alignment: Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, policy, and industry developments to position the company proactively through thought leadership and strategic communications.
Financial Communications and Media Relations: Partner with Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to develop quarterly earnings materials and corporate announcements, while building strong relationships with leading financial, business, and technology media.
Crisis and Reputation Governance: Establish crisis communication frameworks, issue-monitoring protocols, and rapid-response guidelines to protect the company’s reputation and enterprise value during critical milestones.
Executive Visibility and Positioning: Develop high-impact messaging, keynote speeches, talking points, and media preparation for C-suite leaders across investor presentations, media engagements, and industry summits.
Stakeholder and Ecosystem Engagement: Build strategic relationships with industry coalitions, policy influencers, trade associations, and ESG and sustainability stakeholders to strengthen the company’s long-term market authority.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Political Science, Journalism, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
At least 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic public relations, or a related field, preferably within a high-growth technology company or publicly traded environment.
Strong understanding of financial communications, capital-market expectations, media dynamics, and the broader regulatory and policy landscape affecting corporate growth.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate reputational risks, industry disruptions, and regulatory developments and translate them into proactive communication strategies.
Confidence and maturity to advise C-suite leaders during high-stakes transitions, media interviews, investor engagements, and sensitive corporate disclosures.
Exceptional writing and messaging skills, with the ability to translate complex financial, technical, and regulatory information into clear and persuasive narratives.
Proven experience building relationships with senior media representatives, policymakers, industry bodies, and other influential external stakeholders.
