Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, revenue operations, FP&A, or related analytics in tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or quantitative field; equivalent practical experience valued.
• Experience in target setting, capacity and coverage planning, portfolio management, performance management, or incentive design.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to work with complex datasets and reconcile sources.
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Experience applying AI or automation to improve operational workflows is a plus.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional frameworks for segmenting restaurant partners and allocating portfolios.
• Determine appropriate level of commercial support using partner potential, workload, and team capacity.
• Manage target-setting cycles and translate priorities into country, team, and individual targets.
• Design and govern incentive programs with cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-market initiatives to standardize processes and improve planning and performance management.
• Define data requirements, metrics, and performance benchmarks; work with Product/Analytics on reporting outputs.
• Support adoption of new methodologies, tools, and processes across regions and countries.
