Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking to strengthen its Client Portfolio Compliance team. The role focuses on overseeing daily compliance operations for the Kuala Lumpur team, applying the operational strategy and leading strategic projects with the HOD and HOL.

The position emphasizes governance, timely service delivery, staff development, and escalation management to maintain high operational standards within the global CACEIS network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the Client Portfolio Compliance Kuala Lumpur team, ensuring all controls are accurately and completely performed within the system.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Division (HOD) and Head of Line (HOL) to apply the operational strategy for CACEIS effectively.
• Lead and execute projects aligned with the Client Portfolio Compliance team strategy as agreed with the HOD and HOL.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure comprehensive risk coverage across the business.
• Manage the team efficiently to ensure all services are delivered accurately and timely.
• Drive the development and management of staff and organizational capabilities.
• Act as the escalation point for the team to resolve any arising issues promptly.
• Foster strong team interaction and communication to support operational excellence.
• Contribute to defining strategy and future direction for the Client Portfolio Compliance function.
