Job summary

DKSH is seeking an AI Adoption Manager to drive AI adoption, enablement, and capability building across the organization. You will design and deliver AI training programs, support AI rollouts, and track adoption to ensure measurable business outcomes.

This individual contributor role requires strong change management, program design, and collaboration with multi-market teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital adoption, transformation, enablement, project coordination, or change management.
• Strong experience in AI adoption and digital enablement.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs and enablement initiatives.
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business language.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

About The Role

As an AI Adoption Manager, you are the driving force behind Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption, enablement, and capability building across DKSH, serving as the bridge between AI technology teams and the business users who depend on them. In this individual contributor role, you design and deliver AI training programs, support markets through AI rollouts, and track adoption and value realization to ensure that AI investments translate into meaningful behavioral change and measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Deliver

• Design, coordinate, and deliver AI training and enablement programs tailored for business users, managers, and leadership audiences, building capability and confidence at every level of the organization.
• Develop practical, role-based AI learning materials including playbooks, user guides, use-case examples, and best-practice resources that enable users to adopt AI effectively and sustainably.
• Support the rollout of AI solutions such as copilots, AI-enabled tools, and AI-integrated processes, ensuring effective onboarding and long-term user adoption across markets.
• Act as a change agent by helping teams embrace new behaviors and ways of working through the practical and purposeful use of AI.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across Group Digital Transformation, Information Technology (IT), and business units to ensure alignment, organizational readiness, and successful execution.
• Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of AI adoption initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies with clarity, structure, and consistent follow-through.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI programs, adoption roadmaps, training schedules, and rollout progress to ensure transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Assist in prioritizing and sequencing AI adoption activities across markets and functions to maximize business impact and organizational readiness.
• Influence stakeholders and champion AI adoption through effective communication, collaboration, and structured change management practices.
• Monitor and report on AI adoption metrics, engagement levels, and usage indicators to demonstrate value realization and guide the continuous improvement of enablement approaches.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development, or a related field. Professional certifications in Change Management, Learning and Development, Digital Transformation, Agile, or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Typically 5 or more years of experience in digital adoption, transformation, enablement, project coordination, change management, or related roles. Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide technology deployments, capability-building initiatives, or digital transformation programs. Experience working in a regional or global environment with multiple stakeholder groups is preferred.
• Strong experience in AI adoption, digital enablement, change management, or digital transformation, with a proven ability to drive meaningful behavioral change and build organizational capability.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement initiatives that engage and upskill diverse and global audiences.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to execution.
• Ability to translate complex AI and digital concepts into clear, practical, and business-friendly language that resonates with non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.
• High level of self-direction, structured thinking, accountability, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, Generative AI, and AI-enabled solutions such as copilots, automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Exposure to Agile, iterative, or product-centric delivery environments.
• Experience developing learning pathways, training content, enablement frameworks, or adoption playbooks that drive sustained engagement.
