Job summary

DKSH is seeking an AI Adoption Manager to drive AI adoption, enablement, and capability building across the organization. You will design and deliver AI training programs, support AI rollouts, and track adoption to ensure measurable business outcomes.

This individual contributor role requires strong change management, program design, and collaboration with multi-market teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital adoption, transformation, enablement, project coordination, or change management.
• Strong experience in AI adoption and digital enablement.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs and enablement initiatives.
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business language.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Self-directed, structured thinker with accountability.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to Agile or product-centric delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver AI training and enablement programs for business users and leadership.
• Develop practical learning materials and playbooks for sustainable AI adoption.
• Support AI rollout across markets and ensure long-term user adoption.
• Act as change agent to promote new behaviors and ways of working with AI.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across Digital Transformation, IT, and business units.
• Plan, track, and report AI adoption milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain documentation of AI programs, roadmaps, and rollout progress.
• Prioritize AI adoption activities across markets to maximize impact.
• Influence stakeholders and champion AI adoption through structured change management.
• Monitor adoption metrics and guide continuous improvement of enablement approaches.
