Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an AI Adoption Manager who will drive AI adoption, enablement, and capability building across the organization. You will design training programs, support markets during AI rollouts, and coordinate AI initiatives to translate AI outputs into measurable business value.

The role bridges AI technology teams with business users, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and structured project execution to ensure adoption and value realization across DKSH’s networks.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI adoption, digital enablement, change management, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement initiatives for diverse audiences.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver AI training and enablement programs for business users, managers, and leadership audiences.
• Develop practical, role-based AI learning materials, including playbooks, user guides, use-case examples, and best-practice resources.
• Support the rollout of AI solutions (e.g., copilots, AI tools, and AI-enabled processes) to ensure effective onboarding and sustained adoption.
• Act as a change agent by helping teams adopt new behaviors and ways of working through the effective use of AI.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across Group Digital Transformation, IT, and business units to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful execution.
• Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of AI adoption initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
