Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Director, Group Technical Delivery to drive the group-wide technical delivery function across Asia. You will shape the technology roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with Business Units to deliver AI-enabled, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities include overseeing API-first delivery, CRM and cloud platforms, and robust governance across multi-market operations, while building future capabilities in AI and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 12–15 years in technical delivery with 3–5 years in people leadership.
• Expertise in API-first architecture, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise system architecture.
• Strong ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

The Director, Group Technical Delivery leads DKSH's group-wide technical delivery function, driving innovation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption to build scalable, business-enabling technology solutions across the organization.In this role, you will shape the technology development roadmap, lead cross-functional technical teams, and forge deep partnerships with Business Units to deliver meaningful and lasting outcomes across DKSH's operations in Asia.

What You Will Deliver

• Define and execute enterprise application and technical delivery strategy, building and driving an Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption roadmap while establishing governance frameworks for AI, automation, and digital innovation across the organization.
• Identify and act on opportunities for business process optimisation through technology, partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into impactful and scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of application development, enhancement, and management, ensuring technology services remain reliable, scalable, and aligned to evolving business needs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce, system integrations, Microsoft Power Platform, and custom applications, maintaining clear portfolio governance, prioritisation, and delivery transparency.
• Manage technology vendors, partners, and delivery teams to drive quality outcomes and effective resource utilisation across concurrent workstreams.
• Engage business stakeholders to surface innovation opportunities and translate complex business challenges into digital and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Drive technology adoption and change management across markets, serving as a strategic advisor to business leadership on digital and AI matters.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary organisation spanning application development, system integration, and automation, cultivating future capabilities in AI, engineering excellence, and product thinking.
• Build leadership succession plans and technical talent pipelines that sustain long-term organisational capability, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all technical teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12 to 15 years of experience in technical delivery, with 3 to 5 years in a people leadership role.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end technical delivery with a strong focus on Application Programming Interface (API)-first architecture, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms and enterprise system architecture.
• Strong proficiency in overseeing application development across .NET and SQL environments, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Microsoft Azure Power Apps, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, cross-functional technical teams spanning application development, system integration, and platform governance.
• Effective budget management and resource allocation capabilities across multiple concurrent technical workstreams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence Business Unit leaders, group leadership, and external partners.
• Background in the Consumer Goods or Pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
