Job summary

Sentina Logistics is seeking a Management Trainee in Warehouse Operations at our Port Klang, Malaysia site. This foundation role covers receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and hands-on warehouse tasks to understand the flow of goods.

You will master our WMS to ensure inventory accuracy, track shipments and generate reports, while conducting cycle counts to preserve 100% stock precision and coordinating daily inbound/outbound activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing and sorting.
• Learn and operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory accuracy, track shipments and generate reports.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock-take to ensure inventory precision.
• Assist in coordinating daily inbound and outbound activities to meet delivery timelines.
• After mastering basics, assist Senior Management in identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing and sorting.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory accuracy and track shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock-takes to ensure inventory precision.
