Job description

Review purchase requisitions and coordinate procurement activities.

Source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.

Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Material Lists (DMLs).

Track deliveries, maintain inventory records, and ensure procurement documentation is up to date.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Build and maintain supplier relationships while resolving procurement-related issues.

Assist with procurement reviews, meetings, reporting, and other assigned tasks

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
