Job summary

MIXUE is hiring at Palm Mall, Seremban. We seek passionate individuals to prepare beverages and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced milk tea shop.

Role requires taking orders, operating the POS, maintaining hygiene, stocking duties, and supporting daily operations with a positive, learnable attitude. Shift work, weekends and public holidays required; no experience needed for fresh graduates.

Location: Palm Mall, Seremban

Salary: Basic RM1,700-2000/Month + Allowance + OT+ Performance Bonus

Working Hours: Shift rotation between 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (8.5 working hours (Included 1 hour lunch break) per shift)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare beverages and ice cream according to Company SOP.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Take customer orders and operate the POS/cashier system.

Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.

Support daily outlet operations and work as a team.

Requirements:
