Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Kajang, Malaysia, is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to support day-to-day operations and food preparation in line with SOPs.

You will work closely with management and AEON, monitor staff performance, ensure hygienic and conducive dining areas, and handle customer feedback with a focus on satisfaction. Responsibilities include improving service quality, managing stock and halal compliance, and reporting weekly sales progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.
• Provide a good quality services to the customers.
• Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.
• Collaborate with the management and AEON management.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Make sure sales & stock analysis is tallied every day.
• Ensure all raw materials are of good quality upon serving to customers.
• Attend to customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Report sales performances weekly with progress to achieve targets.
• Able to go outstation during rotation.

Job description

-Learning in depth knowledge regarding the company’s background, operation & participate in strategic planning.

-To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.

-Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.

-Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.

-Collaborate with the management and AEON management.

-Keeps work area clean and organize.

-Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.

-Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

-Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.

-Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.

-Conduct interview for kitchen helper position.

-Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).

-Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Work according to shift.

-Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.

-Report sales performances weekly with progress to achieve the target given.

-Able to go outstation during rotation.
