Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Malacca invites applicants to learn the company background, participate in strategic planning, and ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation follow SOPs. You will provide good customer service and maintain a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

You will collaborate with management and AEON, monitor staff productivity, perform sales and stock checks, handle halal matters, and assist with shift work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in shifts.
• Willing to learn and adapt to SOPs.
• Basic understanding of halal practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation follow SOPs.
• Provide good customer service.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with management and AEON.
• Monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Record and report sales weekly and assist with stock checks.
• Attend to customer complaints and feedback.

Job description

• Learning in depth knowledge regarding the company's background, operation & participate in strategic planning.
• To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.
• Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.
• Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.
• Collaborate with the management and AEON management.
• Keeps work area clean and organize.
• Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.
• Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.
• Conduct interview for kitchen helper position.
• Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).
• Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work according to shift.
• Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.
• Report sales performances weekly with progress to achieve the target given.
• Able to go outstation during rotation.
