Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Management Trainee to learn the company’s background, operations and participate in strategic planning. You will support day-to-day food preparation and ensure SOPs are followed.

Responsibilities include monitoring staff productivity, handling customer feedback, reporting sales, and supporting kitchen and dining areas to maintain a safe, high-quality service. Applicants may be asked to interview for the kitchen helper role.

• Keep kitchen and sitting area conducive, safe and clean.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management.
• Monitor and maintain staff productivity and performance.
• Handle sales and stock analysis daily.
• Attend to customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Work according to shifts.
• Conduct interviews for kitchen helper position.
• Record halal matters (pest control & audit).
• Report sales performances weekly and progress toward targets.

• -Learning in depth knowledge regarding the company’s background, operation & participate in strategic planning.
• -To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.
• -Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.
• -Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.
• -Collaborate with the management and AEON management.
• -Keeps work area clean and organize.
• -Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• -Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• -Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.
• -Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.
• -Conduct interview for kitchen helper position.
• -Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).
• -Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• -Work according to shift.
• -Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.
• -Report sales performances weekly with progress to achieve the target given.
• -Able to go outstation during rotation.
