• Minimum 1–2 years in professional firms (Company Secretary, Legal, Audit, Tax) or financial services; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on documentation requirements and advise on incorporation, bank accounts, licenses, and Employment Passes.
• Collaborate internally to onboard new clients and support during transition.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
