Job summary

Skyline Catering SDN BHD invites energetic candidates to join our Service and Kitchen teams in Johor Bahru. You will learn on the job, assist guests, and support daily operations to uphold the company’s service standards.

Applicants with a Diploma or Degree are welcome; fresh graduates are encouraged. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required. On-the-job training is provided to develop leadership and customer-focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a professional and welcoming experience for customers following company guidelines.
• Receive training and perform duties in Service and Kitchen departments.
• Lead by example with professionalism.
• Attend to guests’ needs and handle complaints promptly and politely.
• Suggest improvements to Management when appropriate.
• Resolve potential service failures.
• Monitor performance and progress with supervisors.
• Support across departments as needed.
• Carry out any duty assigned by Management.
