TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. invites a motivated student to assist the Bumping Team with daily administrative tasks in Penang. This internship focuses on data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and report preparation to support smooth operations.

You will collaborate with team members, handle coordination and follow-up activities, and take on ad hoc projects as assigned. Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree and ready to learn in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with CGPA 3.00+.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsabilidades
