The Management Associate is to develop a solid for a long-term management career in healthcare, involved in rotation basis in all facets of operations, business administration, patient care processes and team management under structured training and mentorship by senior management team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program rotating across key departments including frontline services, operations, administration, clinical support, and business development, finance, building facilities, data management and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads on special projects and performance improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.
- Assist management in business process analysis, reporting, and the implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, patient records management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training activities.
- Engage in day-to-day medical center operations to gain practical, hands-on leadership and management experience.
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical data management programs to enhance patient care and organizational performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare or business operations.
- Internship or experience in healthcare, hospitality, or business operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with Malaysian healthcare regulations and patient management processes.
- A multilingual candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is highly preferred, with Mandarin proficiency essential to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities through extracurricular activities, internships, or previous work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
