Job summary

APJR Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a skilled Managed Workplace Engineer in Sentul, KL. The role focuses on end-user computing and enterprise EUC, ensuring seamless operation of endpoints, management tools, and provisioning systems to deliver applications efficiently.

You will leverage Microsoft Intune, MECM, Windows Autopilot, and AVD, with MIS reporting and ITSM tooling to maintain security and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, Managed Workplace or Enterprise EUC roles.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows Autopilot and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience with MIS reporting, asset tracking software, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• PowerShell scripting for endpoint administration and automation.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS enterprise admin, group policies, and identity access (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MD-102, ITIL Foundation) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the enterprise workplace environment and client endpoints.
• Ensure smooth operation of management tools, provisioning systems and business applications.
• Bridge internal IT operations with enterprise user productivity while maintaining security and compliance.

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced MIS / Managed Workplace Engineer with 5–8+ years of hands‑on expertise in end‑user computing (EUC), modern workplace management, IT Infrastructure Support, and Management Information Systems (MIS).

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the enterprise workplace environment, ensuring seamless operation of client endpoints, management tools, modern provisioning systems, and business application delivery. Reporting directly to the Head of Cloud and Infrastructure Services, you will bridge internal IT operations with enterprise user productivity, maintaining operational security, compliance, and user satisfaction across the organization.

Qualification & Experience

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, Managed Workplace, or Enterprise EUC roles.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Solid experience with MIS reporting, asset tracking software, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell for endpoint administration and automation.
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS enterprise administration, group policies, and identity access (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MD-102: Endpoint Administrator, ITIL Foundation) are highly preferred.
