Job summary

CapitaLand invites a Tenancy Design Coordination professional to join our operations team in Malaysia. You will work with the Space Planning Management to provide standard tenancy design guidelines, coordinate fit-out drawings, and ensure projects meet CapitaLand's mall guidelines and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, planning, implementation and completion of the tenancy fit out work to deliver retail tenancies in a timely manner.
• Review tenants’ design and documentation and provide design feedback to tenants and consultants.
• Ensure tenancy designs comply with standard guidelines and mall positioning; negotiate design submissions to achieve better outcomes.
• Manage the handover process of tenancy units to tenants with adequate induction and support during fit-out.
• Conduct site inspections during fit-out to ensure compliance with approved designs, authority requirements and house rules.
• Handle tenancy interface on disputes related to scope and construction issues affecting timely delivery.
• Complete final inspections of tenant units and maintain accurate drawings and records.
