Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a designer to coordinate tenant fit-out works in Kuala Lumpur. You will review design submissions, provide direction on store planning, and resolve issues with Leasing, Procurement and Facility Management teams.
Regular site inspections and final store-entry checks will be conducted to ensure compliance with mall guidelines, safety, and approved plans. You will support mall improvements and maintain tenancy layouts, with strong English and Bahasa Melayu
Coordinate and manage tenant fit-out works, providing hands-on support to tenants and their appointed designers.
Review and comment on tenant design submissions, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and approved standards.
Provide design direction, store planning advice, and resolve fit-out-related issues with internal teams (Leasing, Procurement, Facility Management).
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to approved plans, mall regulations, and safety requirements.
Perform final inspections with tenants prior to store opening and business commencement.
Support mall improvement, enhancement, and expansion projects as assigned.
Maintain and update mall master plans, tenancy layouts, and landlord provision schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and personal data protection regulations.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Exposure to current design trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.
Possess creative aptitude and proficiency in design software and tools.
Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
