Job summary

HBMK — Henry Butcher Mont Kiara is seeking a front desk professional to assist visitors, manage mall services, and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3–5 years of customer service experience in a mall setting, with strong English communication and a neat appearance.

Mandarin is an added advantage, and candidates should be capable of staying calm when dealing with challenging customers. Rotation shifts from 9am–6pm or 1pm–10pm are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of front desk customer service experience.
• Prior mall or retail mall experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Mandarin ability is an added advantage.
• Strong customer-service focus and social skills.
• Ability to stay calm with difficult customers.
• Willing to learn and retain mall offerings quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist visitors with information on mall stores, facilities and events.
• Facilitate mall services such as gift cards, rentals, and lost & found.
• Address and resolve visitor complaints promptly; liaison with management or security.
• Promote events and engage the public to boost participation.
• Monitor cleanliness and functionality of common areas; report issues.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with services as needed.
• Report operation matters to the Front Desk Supervisor.
