Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a dedicated individual in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to provide excellent customer service as part of their Concierge team. The bellman will ensure smooth operations within the Rooms Division and contribute to an efficient service experience.

The ideal candidate should have relevant education in hospitality or tourism management along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position is specifically open to Malaysians and Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in hospitality or tourism is preferred.
• Proficient in customer service with demonstrated communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a hotel environment.

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is open for Malaysian and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.

• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
