Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Stewarding Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the Stewarding Department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards. You will oversee service to other departments and manage the equipment inventory to support the entire hotel operation.

The role requires strong leadership, team management and experience in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on food safety and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP) or relevant certifications.
• 2–3 years in a similar role in hotel industry.
• Excellent team management, leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment.

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Stewarding Manager is responsible to ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation and overseeing the operating equipment inventory.
