Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a concierge role at international luxury hotels.
• Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Clef's d'Or membership is an asset.
• Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident required due to work permit restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient running of the concierge department in line with Hyatt standards.
• Assist the Assistant Director of Rooms in managing the concierge team.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maintain the department as a profitable unit.

Summary

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingassociate, guest and owner expectations. The Concierge Manager is responsible to assist the Assistant Director of Rooms in managing the concierge department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling both the operation and administration.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality management.


• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager - Concierge or Concierge Manager in an international luxury hotel chain.


• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.


• Membership of the Clef's d'Or would be an asset.
