Job summary
Confidential is seeking a results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead business development and expand our presence in the Malaysian pharmaceutical market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sales growth by supplying pharmaceutical raw materials and ingredients to pharmaceutical manufacturers and related industry players.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Established network of contacts within Malaysian pharmaceutical manufacturers and related industry players.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia for customer visits and business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the Malaysian pharmaceutical market.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and other relevant industry players.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product information, technical documentation, quotations, samples, and regulatory documents as required.
- Ensure sales activities comply with applicable Malaysian pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market positioning.
