Job summary

Triumph Group in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a National Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Malaysia. You will lead a growing team, drive revenue, and ensure superior service to B2B, B2C, online customers, and trade partners.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities to lead and motivate teams.
Experience in MNCs and collaborating with global stakeholders is preferred.
Proven track record of driving sales growth for 30+ stores across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Oversee sales operations and maximize sales opportunities.
Hire, train, and mentor the sales team; manage event spaces and service standards.
Act as deputy for the Commercial Director in their absence.
Drive B2B, B2C, online, and trade partner sales and relationships.
Develop and implement national sales strategy with clear goals and KPIs.
Monitor performance against targets and adjust plans to improve results.
Utilize Excel and Power BI for reporting and stock management.
