Job summary

Triumph International Services (APAC) Limited is seeking a Sales Executive in Malaysia, based in Petaling Jaya, to drive retail excellence and accelerate sales growth across Central & Northern Malaysia. You will manage store relationships, optimize product distribution, and ensure best-in-class in-store execution.

The role requires 2–3 years in fashion/retail, a Business Management degree, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Fashion/Retail/FMCG with mentoring or leadership.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Management or related field.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in retail.
• Strong Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; local dialects are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly sales plans and store/counter targets.
• Set daily/monthly targets, promotions, and pricing changes.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain retailer partnerships and product distribution.
• Analyze shopper behavior and product trends.
• Manage inventory efficiency and redeployment.
• Coach Brand Advisors and support headcount planning.
