Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; MBA or related qualification preferred.
• 8+ years' experience in home furnishing, building materials, retail or related industries.
• At least 5 years' end-to-end leadership experience as a Regional General Manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Malaysia business strategy, annual plan and budget with accountability for revenue and profit.
• Build and grow retail channels through store development, partner recruitment, operations and local marketing.
• Lead the project business, developing a strong agent and partner network while delivering targets.
• Build and lead the local team across recruitment, training, performance management and OD.
• Establish effective business processes and represent the company with customers, partners and the market.
