Job summary

MOVA is seeking an E-commerce Business Operations Assistant to support end‑to‑end operations and growth in Malaysia. You will work with merchants, platforms, KOL/KOC, and local teams to drive revenue, traffic and compliance across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop Malaysia.

The role involves merchant relationships, campaign planning, user/affiliate management, data analysis and bilingual collaboration with China teams to enable smooth daily operations and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin; able to read platform agreements and communicate with partners.
• Business English for negotiations, reports and external communication.
• Basic Malay is a plus for local collaboration and user support.
• Proficient in Excel for data statistics, pivot analysis and reviews.
• CPS affiliate and cashback knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchant and channel operations, negotiate cashback rates and maintain relationships.
• Plan localised marketing campaigns around Malaysian shopping events and festivals.
• Oversee end‑user and affiliate system operations and promoter training.
• Audit traffic, content, and performance; monitor CAC, ROI and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia e‑commerce and cashback policies.
• Collaborate with product/tech teams and external platforms to resolve issues.
