Haleon Malaysia is seeking a results-driven MSB Digital E-Commerce Lead to steer a high-performance team and drive the country’s digital transformation, including digital commerce, capability building, and innovation. You will establish Haleon MSB as a regional hub and export best practices across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BA or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• Project management experience in a commercial setting involving large-scale digital commerce or e-commerce, with proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance MSB Digital E-Commerce team for Haleon Malaysia.
• Develop and execute annual digital transformation strategy for ecommerce and digital initiatives.
• Define omnichannel GTM and optimize online-offline integration to drive growth.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, finance, supply chain and external partners to deliver digital campaigns and tools.
• Build digital capability, SOPs and training to nurture internal talent into digital experts.
• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into scalable digital programs.
