Daqo Group is seeking a senior market leader to drive Malaysia's energy market entry and scale the local business. You will own P&L, build strategic partnerships with utilities, EPCs, data center developers, and key industrial clients, and oversee end-to-end growth.

You will align with HQ on product localization, pricing, and compliance with MS, IEC, and ASEAN regulations, while navigating policy shifts and competitive dynamics to position Daqo as a trusted supplier.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in energy, power grid infra or industrial B2B sales in Malaysia.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia preferred; Chinese a plus for HQ comms.
• Based in Malaysia or willing to relocate immediately.
• Proven track record closing large-scale infra deals with state-owned enterprises.

Responsabilités

• Lead Malaysia market entry and full P&L, end-to-end business development.
• Build and deepen relationships with TNB, Sarawak Energy, data center investors.
• Penetrate utility grid projects, solar farms, energy storage, data center power systems.
• Represent Daqo at energy summits, exhibitions, policy seminars and negotiations.
• Collaborate with HQ on product adaptation, pricing, and local standards.
• Monitor national energy policies and local competitor dynamics.
