You will build a high-performing team, manage budgeting and forecasting, own branch performance, and drive cross-border collaboration with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety standards and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent.
• Proven Malaysia branch/operation leadership with P&L ownership.
• Extensive experience in the marine industry.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and systems (AX, Portent, Marinet).
• Fluent in English and bilingual in another language.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Malaysia branches.
• Oversee cross-border operations with Singapore to meet commitments.
• Drive business growth through customer relationships and partnerships.
• Own branch performance including service delivery, cost control, and profitability.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team and manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
