Job summary

MJ Brew Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of our F&B outlets across Klang Valley. You will perform preventive maintenance on hot and cold equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with contractors for major repairs.

The role requires basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems, and travel between outlets. A reliable, responsible team player who can handle emergency breakdowns is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, commercial kitchen or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems.
• Willing to attend occasional emergency breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Service restaurant equipment, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of our F&B outlets within Klang Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Service restaurant equipment, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
• Attend to basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical issues
• General handyman repairs for store fixtures and facilities
• Attend to equipment breakdowns when required
• Coordinate with specialist contractors for major repairs

Requirements

• Experience in F&B, commercial kitchen or facilities maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems
• Hands-on, responsible and able to troubleshoot independently
• Own transport and able to travel between outlets within Klang Valley
• Willing to attend occasional emergency breakdowns
