Job summary

Win-Fung Fibreglass Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance across factory, office, and hostel facilities in Malaysia. The role includes supervising contractors, inspecting equipment, and handling service requests to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate in building maintenance/electrical or relevant field preferred.
• Understanding of general maintenance and techniques.
• 1–2 years working experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance contractor during renovation/upgrading works.
• Conduct and document regular inspection of plants and equipment per statutory/operational requirements.
• Attend all service requests such as lighting, painting, plumbing and other repair works.
• Attend any breakdown on electrical, plumbing and related services operation.

Job description

Perform maintenance activity in the field of electrical, plumbing system, building repair, maintenance in factory, office and company hostel.

Key responsibilities

Monitor maintenance contractor during renovation/upgrading works

Conduct and document regular inspection of plants and equipment according to statutory requirement/operational requirement

Attend to all service request such as changing lighting, painting, plumbing and other repair works in the premise

Ensure that all maintenance matters are immediately attended

Attend any breakdown on electrical, plumbing and any related services operation

Any other duties will be assigned by superior from time to time

About you

Minimum certificate in building maintenance/electrical or any relevant field is preferred

Understanding of general maintenance and techniques

Working experience 1-2 years in maintenance
