Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to inspect property and other structures, identify functional systems and defects, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment in its facilities. The role covers minor electrical and plumbing maintenance, including replacement or repair of fixtures, leaks, drains, and routine system checks.

Diploma or STPM is required, with at least two years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Min academic qualification is Diploma/STPM.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in similar industry / environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspects property and other structures to determine functional systems and defect malfunctions
• Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords and etc)
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of frains, trenching, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.)
• Maintain the property safety and provide a comfortable environment
• Order parts and maintain required documents.
• Perform other work related duties as assigned
