Job summary

The Pines Melaka is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform building mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil maintenance works across hotel premises in Melaka. The role is on-site, with on-call response during guest stay or check-out as required.

You will carry out preventive maintenance, adhere to safety practices, and complete any other assignments as directed by your supervisor. Relocation to Melaka will be needed for the right candidate.

Qualifications

SPM/O level/SKM level 1-3 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

To perform building mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil maintenance works
To attend/respond on call to check problem during guest inside the room or check out
Any others job assignment as and when required by superior
To carry out preventive maintenance work as scheduled
To comply with the safe working practices as far as maintenance work concerned
