Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair across multiple brands (F&B preferred; candidates from non‑F&B backgrounds are also welcome)
• Strong diagnostic ability across different equipment types
• Able to solve issues independently with minimal supervision
• Strong network for sourcing quality parts quickly and cost‑effectively
• High integrity — no shortcuts, no misuse of parts, no side dealing
• Willing to work weekends, overtime, and emergency repairs
• Must be able to travel inter‑state
• Holds GDL (ideal: Lesen Kelas E)
