Job summary

PENTAS FLORA is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Instrument) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, troubleshoot faults, and support plant operations.

This role requires a Certificate/SKM/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation, 1–3 years in a chemical or process environment, and willingness to work 6 days a week on shift basis.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: Certificate / SKM / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in chemical/manufacturing plant or process industry.
• Basic knowledge of motors, control panels, sensors and instruments.
• Ability to read simple electrical drawings.
• Willing to work in a plant environment and on a 6-day shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults in motors, sensors, pumps and control panels.
• Repair or replace damaged electrical components.
• Ensure equipment safety and report abnormalities.
• Support plant shutdowns, maintenance, and breakdown responses.
• Maintain basic maintenance records and housekeeping.

Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Instrument)

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key part in keeping our facility running smoothly. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks, helping to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment

Troubleshoot electrical faults, motors, sensors, pumps, control panels, and field instruments

Assist in repairing and replacing damaged electrical and instrumentation components

Ensure plant equipment is operating safely and report abnormalities to supervisors

Support plant shutdown, maintenance, and emergency breakdown activities

Maintain basic maintenance records and housekeeping at work areas

About you

Certificate / SKM / Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation

1–3 years of maintenance experience in a chemical, manufacturing plant, oil and gas or other process industry

Basic knowledge of motors, control panels, sensors, instruments, and electrical troubleshooting

Able to read simple electrical drawings

Willing to work in a plant environment and attend breakdown calls when required

Comfortable to work 6 days in a week and shift basis
