REN Wellness Retreat in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform plumbing repairs, install and service sanitary fixtures, and troubleshoot leaks to ensure guest comfort and safety.
You will diagnose electrical faults, install and test ELV and CCTV systems, and conduct routine inspections of water supply, drainage and air-conditioning equipment, with shifts including weekends or emergencies.

Able to perform plumbing repairs and maintenance and troubleshoot leaks/blockages.
Install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, and sanitary fixtures.
Conduct routine inspections of water supply and drainage systems to ensure proper operation.
Knowledge of LV systems, lighting, and power distribution.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in equipment and building services systems.
Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
Install, test, and commission ELV systems and equipment.
Perform configuration and programming of CCTV, access control, and related systems.
Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of air-conditioning equipment.
Recognised technical qualification or trade certification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related maintenance field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance, servicing, installation, or troubleshooting works.
Candidates with relevant technical certifications, licenses, or competency certificates will have an added advantage.
Experience in hotel, commercial building, or facility maintenance environments is preferred.
Competency in the use of hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, or attend to emergency breakdowns when required.
