Job summary

Biszon Flexipack in Shah Alam is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on daily production equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, read diagrams, and participate in equipment installation and improvements.

The role requires strong problem-solving, independence, and teamwork. The position supports shifts and may involve overtime, with opportunities for career advancement and a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Technician.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Able to read and understand basic electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and machine manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems on production machines.
• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance according to the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Carry out machine setup, adjustment, repair, and maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment issues before breakdowns occur.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of production equipment.
• Recommend improvements to machinery, maintenance procedures, and production processes where applicable.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Support production teams in resolving machine-related problems and process issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and machine performance.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with company safety standards and operating procedures.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.

RequirementsExperience & Technical Skills
