Job summary

Uncanny Tech Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an ELV technician to perform maintenance and field service on CCTV, access control, PA, and related systems.

This on-site role requires basic electrical knowledge, a valid driving license for daily Klang Valley travel, and strong communication to explain issues to clients. Fresh graduates welcome; on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic ELV knowledge including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, SMATV, and Intercom.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel daily within the Klang Valley.
• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication of technical issues to clients.
• Ready to handle urgent service calls if required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; on-site training provided.
• Experience in installing or maintaining ELV systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, SMATV, and Intercom).
• Conduct thorough site walks at existing client locations to identify potential faults or upgrade needs.
• Assist the sales/project team by visiting potential new sites to take measurements, assess technical requirements, and provide site reports.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize system downtime.
• Prepare brief daily site reports and service sheets for management and clients.
