Job summary

Uncanny Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking an on-site ELV Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on CCTV, access control, PA systems, fire alarms, SMATV and intercoms in Klang Valley locations.

The ideal candidate has basic electronic/electrical knowledge, MS Office skills, and strong communication. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. A valid driving license and willingness to travel daily are required.

Qualifications

• Basic electronic & electrical knowledge including relays and DC/AC voltages.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel daily within Klang Valley with valid driving license.
• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate technical issues to clients.
• Ready to handle urgent service calls when required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; on-site training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, SMATV, Intercom).
• Conduct thorough site walks at client locations to identify faults or upgrade needs.
• Assist sales/project team by visiting sites to take measurements and prepare reports.
• Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare daily site reports and service sheets for management and clients.
