Job summary

Kamaya Electric in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as scheduled by the supervisor.

You will report any major machine or product quality issues immediately, attend daily morning meetings, and ensure all checklists for Daily/Weekly/Monthly maintenance are completed. Follow Spare Parts Storage Room rules and adhere to PDIP control point actions to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance as assigned by supervisor.
• Report major machine or product quality problems to supervisor immediately.
• Attend daily morning group meetings to report issues.
• Follow Spare Parts Storage Room rules at all times.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly checklists are completed.
• Understand PDIP Control Point and follow up on action plans to meet targets.
• Ensure Planned Maintenance jobs are performed on time and per SOP.
• Respond to machine breakdowns promptly and log details into the ESO after repair.
• Troubleshoot/repair machines quickly; consult supervisor if needed.

Carry out Preventive and Predictive Maintenance as assign by the superior by follows its schedule.

Report any major problem related to the machine and product quality to the superior immediately.

Attend daily morning group meeting to report previous day matters.

Understand and abide all Spare Parts Storage Room rules at all time.

Make sure all equipments' Daily / Weekly / Monthly Checksheet are checked and filled in completely.

Understand the Department's PDIP Control Point and follow up with any implement action plans to achieve the target.

Make sure all Planned Maintenance Job (e.g.: Filter exchange, Filter purging, etc.) are performed on time and followed to each job's SOP.

Responds to any machine breakdown as soon as possible. Fill in all details completely into the ESO after finish repair.

Troubleshoot / repair machine in the shortest time possible. Refer to the superior immediately if have technical difficulties / unable to finish the job.
